Residential and mixed-use above all — but the due-diligence background covers hotels, care homes and logistics, each with its own technical questions: back-of-house services and guest-floor wear in hospitality; compliance, hygiene and access in care; slab loading, dock equipment and roof spans in logistics. Where an asset class calls for specialist input beyond our scope, we say so and coordinate it rather than improvise.
